It mentions hub08 protocol but a search of the internet gives me no information on what this protocol is, but I do find many other similar products that use this and the hub12 protocol.This protocol is basically a shift register that gets multiplexed to each line of the display, so in order for the whole screen to be on, the display has to be refreshed pretty fast, which is why I'm using an FPGA. Hi, I'm currently working on this PCB to interface an FPGA breakout board that I have with some HUB75 protocol LED displays.
